Todd is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator with over 10 years in the industry. He has helped buyers with financing of their primary home, 2nd home, investment property, or refinancing their existing mortgage. Todd specializes in Construction Lending and has a passion for helping guide these clients throughout the process. 

 

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife, Beverly, and taking family trips with his three adult daughters, Rhett, Ginger, and Roxie. He also enjoys working on his golf game, biking, hiking, and swimming. Todd is an NC State Civil Engineering graduate and supports his Wolfpack by attending home Football and Basketball games.
