Karen has 30 years of experience with mortgage lending, with a concentration in construction-to-permanent lending. Construction lending is her passion. She enjoys walking through the process with her members from start to finish. Karen enjoys working directly with the members and their builders to make sure the entire construction-to-perm process goes smoothly. From the plans on paper to the finished home, Karen loves the construction process and enjoys walking step by step with the member. In her free time, she enjoys pickleball with her husband, boating, and her Labradoodle, Mavis Davis.
